Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://jafencingfremont.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. JA Fencing reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, JA Fencing markets and arranges Fence Installation, Fence Repair, Fence Maintenance, Fence Painting, Privacy Gates. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by JA Fencing or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
End of Use. JA Fencing may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
As-Is Basis. https://jafencingfremont.com is provided on an "as is" basis. JA Fencing makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Limitation. In no event will JA Fencing's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold JA Fencing harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in CA.
Term Changes. JA Fencing may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
